The Komorowski group has made contributions to the management and analysis of gene expression data. The LCB Data Ware House is a MIAME-compliant publicly available repository for expression data. It supports secure and safe storage of expression data as well as a set of tools for data analysis. The group has developed a successful machine learning methodology for hypothesizing gene function from time profiles of expression data and Gene Ontology labels.
