The Kämpe group has studied different autoimmune disorders and over the years identified more than ten autoantigens. Several of these original discoveries have translated into assays that are already in routine clinical use. The group contributes with patient material, autoantibody and MHC class I tetramer analysis for phenotyping of autoimmune disorders, and various techniques for construction and screening of cDNA-libraries.
