The work in the Landegren group is focused at developing molecular tools for high-throughput analyses of genes, transcripts and protein. Over the years they have established a number of general methods like OLA, padlock probes, and proximity ligation, some of them commercialized. This work remains very active, and they also have a tradition of training and collaborating with colleagues around these methods.
NCoEDG will provide a basis for more efficiently sharing their expertise in advanced technologies with Nordic colleagues.
