| Nordic Control Database-NordicDB is now online |

The Nordic Center of Excellence in Disease Genetics has published the Nordic Control Allele Frequency and Genotype Database (NordicDB) which contains information covering the genome-wide association study (GWAS) data samples, details about data cleaning and harmonization and how to access both the directly genotyped and imputed data.
Initially, the database consists of 5000 individuals with harmonized genotype information from Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
